CMU Construction did a fine job for us in acting as the General Contractor for the addition of a 14’ x 21’ room and a 6’ x 14’ hallway to our home, as well as a re–model of our master bedroom. They also removed all existing windows in the home, replacing them with a double pane product and adding interior and exterior window trim. Additionally, the removed one standard windwo and replaced it with a bay window. Interior and exterior doors were replaced. They organized and oversaw sub–contracting installation of a heat pump and required ducting, and sub–contracting painting, plumbing, flooring and insulation. In all activities, the pricing was transparent, the scheduling efficient, and the service courteous. I strongly recommend CMU to anyone considering home remodeling options.
